I purchased a Mac desk top PC from Blinq which was listed as in very good condition which meant possibly some slight cosmetic damage ... dings/dents etc. Once received I was happy with the exterior condition yet when started up I realized there were internal issues. A thin vertical black line showing up on the screen. This was not due to screen damage but to an interior issue. I emailed Blinq since they do Not have a customer service line and explained the problem. I told them if they fix the issue I would be fine with keeping the PC. They declined which I thought was a bit strange being I was willing to keep it. They told me to repackage it and ship it back to them. When they have it for a few days then I would get a refund. First of all they sold me a defective product knowingly. This I found out by seeing all the names of the previous owners they have tried to pawn this machine off on. They cant fix it themselves so they will keep trying to sell it and hope no one cares about the black vertical line behind the screen and rid themselves of the unit. All I get from this is wasted time and gas taking it to be shipped and then wait for my refund. I never received anything from this company for the hassle and trouble they put me through trying to sell something they new was defective!!! I will never deal with them again and I dont recommend anyone trying to buy from them.. Whst a nightmare!

I bought a 10x10 Canopy with mosquito netting for 21% off of retail. The box was damaged and missing a few screws. The real bummer is there was no canopy. I have mosquito netting to go around the outside with no top. I can return and waste another hour tearing it apart and taking it to the post office, or keep it and receive 43% off the product. I'll never buy something from them again.

If you check the Better Business Bureau reviews, you will see, first hand, that Blinq/Optoro publicly and sarcastically responds to complaints from customers by blaming their victims.

Do this, then read my review and move on to another online seller.

Blinq and Bulq are subsidiaries of Optoro and has shifted from a dependable recycling company into a confidence scheme preying on the American consumer.

The proof is in the pudding, if you call Blinq for support, you will get a recording that they no longer offer phone support; am assuming because they have numerous complaints.

If you call Optoro, you will get a recording that says it will transfer you, then no one will pick up and will be asked to leave a message.

They will never "EVER" return your phone call.

In my case:

Ordered a used monitor on December 15th and paid with PayPal.

Next day, order page said:

Ordered

Deliver by December 24

Your order is being prepared.

It says the same exact info today; still being prepared and still no merchandise.

I encourage all to report Optoro, Blinq and Bulq to PayPal for a timely refund and request that they audit Optoro's refunds.

After reading employee reviews who love working there, the one thing that sticks out is that Optoro is more concerned with software development than pushing product out the door.

Customer issue

Blinq sold me an Apple Conputer to which they stated was in Very Good condition meaning it could show signs of wear and tear dents or dings but no issue with the screen Of course there were issues with the screen ! They could have offered to fix it since it was basically false advertising or they could have offered a discount but they told me my only recourse was to pack up this heavy item and take it to a UPS store on my own time and ship it back.

When they received it after a few days they would refund me. How would I know that they would charge me for it not working correctly.

Instead of trying to work it out this was their only solution. I will never buy anything from them and I will certainly make sure I post it everywhere I can.

BEWARE !!!!! HDoORRID company !!! I purchased a Samsung Active 2 watch from them. There was a problem with it. I emailed them within the warranty period and never got any response beck from them. After 5-6 more attempts to contact them wit NO response back - I am contacting my attorney.

I was cheated by Blinq. They sent me a laptop older by two years than the one I ordered, they didn't mention the online tax and they overcharged me. in a nutshell they sold me something that was worth half price what I paid and agreed only for a small refund. They didn't explain why was I overcharged . Luckily I understand in computers so I noticed it wasn't the same model.they agreed to give only a partial refund. I returned it thou now some other sucker will fall victim. I checked and saw that it wasn't an isolated incident but their policy to offer something with an attractive price tag and send something else instead by mistake with a much lesser value. buy only cheap stuff from them or they will rob you blind.

Do not use this company

I purchased a two piece set of luggage and only received one suitcase. They are trying to send me a $20.00 refund for not receiving the carry on suitcase!! I did not receive what they advertised and what I paid for.The companies solution to this is unacceptable. All I want is for them to send the other part of my purchase which is the carry on.
